Terms of Service

The service

Bundle lets companies choose gifts from our catalog, brand them, and send them to employees, clients, and other recipients, either through a gift link the recipient uses to pick a gift and share a delivery address, or as a bulk delivery to an office. We source, prepare, and deliver the gifts.

Accounts

• You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the company you register.
• Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and the accounts you invite.
• Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.

Recipient data

When you add recipients or connect an HR system, you confirm you have a lawful basis under the Personal Data Protection Law to share that data with us for gifting. We process it on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.

Orders, pricing, and payment

• Prices are shown in Saudi riyals and include VAT where stated. Quantity tiers and branding options may change the price shown at checkout.
• Campaigns draw on gift stock you have paid for. Invoices are due on the terms shown on them.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store card details.

Branding and content

You keep ownership of logos and content you upload and grant us a licence to use them to produce, preview, and deliver your gifts. You confirm you have the right to use them. Gift previews are illustrations; the finished product may differ slightly in colour, material, or placement.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, unreachable recipients, or events outside our control. If a gift arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 7 days and we will replace it or credit you.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel a campaign before gifts are dispatched; unclaimed stock remains available for future campaigns. Customised or branded items that have entered production cannot be refunded. Other refund requests are handled case by case.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Bundle for unlawful, misleading, or offensive content or to message people who have not agreed to hear from you.
• Do not interfere with the service, probe its security, or access accounts that are not yours.
• Do not resell access to Bundle without our written agreement.

Our intellectual property

Bundle, its software, design, and catalog content belong to Rimthan and its licensors. These terms do not give you any rights to them beyond using the service.

Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or leaves invoices unpaid. Paid orders already in progress will be completed unless the law prevents it.

Liability

Bundle is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order it relates to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh.

Changes and contact
